Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Wireless Signal App values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). This policy sets out how Wireless Signal App applies and complies with the data privacy principles in processing the personal data of customers, staff, vendors, visitors, and even third parties that interact with Wireless Signal App. This notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
2. What Data We Collect
We collect personal data that is necessary for our operations and services, including but not limited to: Full Name; Contact Information (Phone, Email, Address); Identification Details (Approved ID Card, Passport, etc); Residential address; Information regarding the products and services a data subject may have benefited from by using Wireless Signal App, and transactional information in respect of products purchased.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your personal data will be used for purposes such as: processing transactions, billing, payment and account management; legal compliance and security; ensuring security, preventing fraud, and protecting both our business and users; conducting customer research and service improvement.
4. Data Protection Principles
- Lawfulness and Transparency: Personal data is processed lawfully and transparently.
- Purpose Limitation: Data is collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
- Data Minimization: Only data necessary for the intended purposes is collected.
- Accuracy: We ensure personal data is accurate and kept up to date.
- Storage Limitation: Data is retained only as long as necessary. As a regulated institution by the National Communication Authority, we will retain your personal data for ten (10) years after the exit of the relationship by the data subject, or as required by regulation. When the personal data is no longer needed or beyond the stipulated retention period, Wireless Signal App will delete or destroy it from its systems and records, or take steps to securely archive it while protecting your identity and privacy rights.
5. Data Sharing & Third Party Access
We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share your data: with service providers who assist in delivering our services (e.g. SMS, payment processors and IT support); with regulatory authorities if required by law, court order, or government request; and with business partners if necessary for service functionality, but only with your consent. All third parties we work with are required to comply with data protection laws and maintain strict confidentiality. Your data will be stored only as long as needed for these purposes.
6. Your Rights
At any point while Wireless Signal App is in possession of or processing personal data, the data subject has the right to: request a copy of the information we hold about them; correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete; restrict processing where certain conditions apply; object to automated processing like profiling; complain and pursue judicial review if Wireless Signal App refuses a request under rights of access without a clear and justifiable reason; and withdraw consent at any time. All the above requests will be forwarded should there be a third party involved in the processing of your personal data.

If a vendor, contractor, customer, or staff member wishes to make a complaint about how Wireless Signal App handles their personal data, or how their complaint has been handled, they have the right to complain directly with:
